HOUSTON, May 30, 2003—ADV Films today announced an August 19, 2003 release date for Sakura Wars TV: Crescendo, third volume of ADV’s DVD release of the title.

Well known for its enthusiastic genre hopping, including robot combat, musical theatre, romance, a dose of history lesson and more, the Sakura Wars franchise—including video games, OVAs and this television series—has proven an enduring fan favorite.

The Story:
The forces of evil are growing stronger—even Mother Nature has turned traitor and is itching for a fight. The world needs a team of defenders: a dedicated group that will work together in harmony and ace precision; a band that will refuse to give into their petty squabbles and haunting pasts in order to stand strong against the forces of chaos!

Sakura Wars TV: Crescendo ($29.98 SRP) is a DVD-only release containing four complete episodes. It includes both English- and Japanese-language versions, and English subtitles.
